Initially Central Park was first built in 2005 and One Central Park Ltd was founded in the same year by our 5 partners. These partners are Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Manchester, the University of Salford, the Manchester College and Manchester Science Parks Ltd. One of One Central Park’s key objectives is to host and support through our Partners, Individuals, Organisations and Companies, together with assisting in the regeneration of East Manchester both socially and economically over the next few years. One Central Park Ltd also provides state of the art Meetings and Events suite for both public or private use. Situated 2 miles from both Manchester City Centre and from the M60 we are ideally located for meetings and conferences. We offer a wide range of facilities and all of our rooms boast natural daylight, climate control, PC's, data projectors and screens, white boards and flipcharts and a water dispenser - all as standard. Further more we offer free parking.
