We fully understand the value that strong customer service can bring to a parking facility’s bottom line and utilize industry leading, innovative approaches to enhance both operational performance and revenue. Omadapark is committed to the technological advancement of parking operations while maintaining the highest level of customer service for our clients. We have overseen the development of multiple parking facilities and are experts in the operation and maintenance of a wide range of Parking Automation and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS). Omadapark is constantly challenging parking equipment suppliers to improve their reporting systems to better protect client revenues and maximize efficiencies in the facilities we manage. THE OMADAPARK DIFFERENCE: Omadapark was established by Ross Frangos in August 2019. He still serves as the President and Founder of his own parking consulting firm AuditPark Services Inc. As a consultant, Ross was responsible for overseeing dozen’s of successful RFP projects for his clients throughout Ontario and across Canada. Ross recognized that the parking industry had become too complacent and vendors were no longer listening to their customer’s needs. Ross would hear stories over and over again of clients waiting months to get budgets and revenue reports or see parking operators take weeks to respond to client emails or parker requests.
