Olympus’ investment platform consists of commercial real estate, public and private equities and alternative investments. Olympus and its affiliates operate a significant and diverse commercial real estate portfolio of predominantly industrial, healthcare and multi-family properties. Olympus also provides office support for the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation.
