OJSC «Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash» is a modern company with full production cycle, from detailed engineering design till assembly and equipment testing. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of equipment for oil-and-gas production, oil-and-gas refining, chemical, oil, metallurgy, mining industries, as well as equipment for nuclear power industry. Manufactured equipment: • Columns with all types of trays and screens; • Shell-and-tube heat exchangers with increased thermal effectiveness, shell-and-tube heat exchangers with fixed tube sheets, as well as with expansion joints, steam and water heaters; • Pressure vessels: vertical, horizontal; • Furnace and drying equipment; • Air cooler units and sections for them; • Skid equipment with piping system; • Non-standard equipment as per individual technical projects. Maximum parameters of manufactured equipment: • Diameter – up to 5,4m; • Length – up to 48m (in assembly); • Thickness – up to 90mm; • Mass – up to 110t; • Pressure – up to 21МPа.
