Ocean's Harbor House is an agency dedicated to assisting homeless, runaway, abused, neglected and abandoned youth ages 10-21. The mission of the agency is to provide a safe haven and caring environment for vulnerable youth to enable them to unlock their potential and learn skills that will empower them to build healthier lives, relationships and futures.
