Headquartered in Copenhagen, OAM Consult is a specialized provider of advisory services to public and private organizations involved in the fields of development and philanthropy. OAM Consult was established by former staff members of the UN, the World Bank, NGOs and the private sector. We specialize in four areas: organizational development, programming and evaluation, research, and branding social initiatives. We aim to boost efficiency and effectiveness by investing in talent, technology and cross institutional learning through a people-centered and partnership approach. With an emphasis on flexibility, confidentiality and trust, we leverage a unique blend of management consulting, development and product design approaches as a means to create innovative and scalable solutions. Leveraging private sector and international development approaches, we seek to strike a balance between both social and commercial returns on investment. For us doing philanthropy and development work is a commitment to working in partnership across public and private sectors towards common results. OAM Consult is currently in the process of developing a software tool for organizations to report their impact and track the progress they make against the SDGs. The OAM design approach is highly consultative, incremental and interactive and the software solution is developed knowing that data sharing, knowledge sharing, and cross-organizational learning is key to overcoming the difficulties organizations face measuring impact.
