Using qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, questionnaires, document and data analysis to provide insight and develop solutions. Recent assignments include: • Development and delivery of a comprehensive evaluation of an online portal and IT service that enables the Supported Self-Management of prostate cancer patients across five UK NHS Trusts. • Researching the role of external consultants, contractors & non-permanent staff in the implementation of organisational strategy, identifying opportunities to improve current practices.
