An icon of Australian sports, Nunawading Basketball introduces and develops thousands of aspiring athletes every year, with over 12,00 registered players, coaches and officials participating in weekly competition at the infamous Nunawading Basketball Centre. Nunawading Basketball plays an integral role at community level, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle to people of all ages, gender and ethnicity. Proactive throughout Whitehorse, Monash, Knox, Maroondah, Boroodara, Manningham, Stonnington and Glen Eira, Nunawading Basketball is represented on the national stage by the Nunawading Spectres in Basketball Australia's South East Australian Basketball League (SEABL) teams - a professional league featuring both women's and men's conferences.
