Numbers Matter Inc. is a web recruitment platform for tech companies. Companies post offers one the platform and candidates apply to those they consider interesting. However, unlike other platforms, Numbers Matter Inc. performs a first round of screening and thus select only the best candidates. Our unique method, designed through online exercises and interview questions with our clients, is praised by most, with more than 90% of our partners recommending our platform to their partners. Thanks to the network of our founders, Matthew Bumpus and Jonas Abeyta, our current client list already includes more than a thousand companies, going from tech giants to small up-and-coming startups, including some famous tech unicorns. The company was founded a year ago by two college friends, Jonas Abeyta & Matthew Bumpus, and the traffic and client growth have been exponential since then. Before launching Numbers Matter Inc., Jonas has been a successful recruiter for great tech companies, while Matthew made his career in the Silicon Valley as a software engineer, while evolving into a data science centered manager.
