Nucleus Connect, a wholly-owned subsidiary of StarHub and incorporated on 14 April 2009, is responsible for designing, building and operating the active infrastructure of Singapore's Next Gen NBN. We will operate as a separate legal entity, and in all respects, on a stand-alone basis, at arm’s length from our Affiliated Operators. We will treat all Retail Service Providers (RSPs) on a non-discriminatory basis, so as to encourage fair and open competition.
