We are social performance, sustainability & research consulting firm & specialists. We partner with corporate and government companies and organizations in social development, sustainability and social performance, guiding and supporting them through the implementation of social change and performance projects specifically those that focus on education and skills development. We have an interest in the implementation of education improvement initiatives , youth development and children support programmes in disadvantaged communities. We advise and assist our clients design data informed and impactful Education, Youth and Children focused CSI/SLP and community development projects. Through our project management services, we assist in the implementation phase, identifying suitable service providers, closely managing and monitoring the implementation process, using vigorous Monitoring and Evaluation framework and tools. We believe in the power of reliable data in informing social development interventions. Our work is coupled with research support such as baseline research, needs assessments, project evaluations and impact assessments ~ data to strategy, data to inform project design, data to improve implementation, data to review end evaluation project progress and data to measure the impact made by the intervention projects.
