In 2012, two young minds started to follow their dream to set up a Digital Marketing company with an aim to cater Real Estate Sector and formed TechCentrica Pvt Ltd. After initial struggle, company is now in its 4th years of successful operation and looking after its client based in India and Australia. The duo has now founded NRI Home Buyers (NHB) to provide hassle free properties buying opportunity in India to NRIs all over the world. The idea of NHB conceived by its founder, who himself is an NRI, after one of his close NRI friend experienced difficulties in buying property in India. NHB connects real estate companies with their NRI buyers directly. The company is based in Noida (UP, India). NHB is a highly process driven organization with extensive experience of working closely with real estate companies. The young and vibrant team of NHB worked together in order to ensure smooth buying experience to the NRI community by giving them an opportunity to connect with the developers directly. Our last venture have transformed significantly in the last 4 years, since its inception, and we hope for the same for NHB.
