Novel Vegan Crafts steht für die Symbiose aus einem nachhaltigen Ernährungsvorbild und traditionellem Handwerk. Seit 2016 arbeitet unser Innovationsteam mit Kooperationen im Bereich der Lebensmittelforschung an der Begrünung unseres Speiseplans. Mit der Spezialisierung auf pflanzliche Eiweißquellen gelang uns anhand methodischer Forschung die Übertragung von Eigenschaften tierischer Proteine auf das pflanzliche Pendant. Als Startup im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung stehen wir für mutige Kreativität mit starken Kooperationspartnern. Novel Vegan Crafts stands for the symbiosis of a sustainable nutritional model and traditional craftsmanship. Since 2016, our innovation team has been working on greening our menu with collaborations in the field of food research. Specializing in plant protein sources, we succeeded in transferring properties of animal proteins to their plant counterpart using methodical research. As a startup in the field of research and development, we stand for bold creativity with strong cooperation partners.
