NOVA Stark aims to create a complete and innovative solution for environmental monitoring in the agritech sector with a first focus on viniculture. Thanks to proprietary technology and algorithms based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, we will provide wine producers an accessible service and allow them to optimise and increase production efficiency. Nova Stark is a start-up founded in 2019, combining the tech competences of the Politecnico di Torino, one of Italy's premier tech universities, with the century old experience of the Piemonte and Aosta wine region.
