The Northwest Compensation & Rewards Forum (NCRF) is an association of compensation and benefits professionals based in the Puget Sound (Seattle) region. NCRF exists to promote the exchange of information, ideas, plans and policies in the field of total rewards trends and practices. NCRF also supports the education efforts and objectives of WorldatWork, the leading international association of compensation, benefits and total rewards professionals. We are located in the Seattle, Washington area.
