Following the acquisition of NSG NZ by AAM Group in late 2014, NSG Group has been trading as IMGIS Ltd. Based upon his experience, as a former company owner, David has a special interest in adding value and working, with SME founder owned companies who are seeking to grow in New Zealand and who may also wish to develop international business opportunities. Coupled with the responsibilities of Board governance best practice, David’s current focus includes, supporting the implementation of company strategy, that has a client and enhanced customer engagement emphasis. Strategies that will ensure structured and focused company growth in support of a defined vision and strategic goals, while preserving company culture and values. David also provides independent career, mentoring and professional development advice to individuals.
