Overview

The Northeastern University Interdisciplinary Women's Collaborative, or IWC for short, is the university's first student organization dedicated to interdisciplinary female empowerment, community building, and leadership development. The trilateral organization hosts the nation's first undergraduate Women's Research Engagement Network (WREN), the Interdisciplinary Women's Organization Collective (IWOC), a Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Literary Magazine, The Chronicle, and the Northeastern University Undergraduate Women's Council. Together, these bodies work in tandem to create a universal women's community at Northeastern that encompasses women and female-aligning individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, disciplines, and organizations.
