North Star Strategist was borne out of a 25 year obsession with the study of positive and behavioural psychology, conflict resolution, 1:1 and group dynamics. The process is explorative, guided and short in terms of time frame, it employs hugely effective language technology, and these elements combined, offers a method for creating crystal clear vision and direction.
