From the farm to the table is what North Prairie is all about. North Prairie Family Farms is owned by a group of farmers who live and grow in the heart of canola country within 150 miles of Saskatoon and supplies our plant with canola. It is here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan that our plant processes our NON-GMO verified extra virgin canola oil using European cold pressed method where it never exceeds 50 degrees Celsius. We use no chemical solvent extraction in any of our processing. This cold pressed method maintains the not only the rich golden color and flavour but the nutrients Vitamin E and Omega 3 & 6's.
