The Nordic Property Fund is a London-based private debt fund specializing in asset backed direct lending towards property and residential property development in the Nordics, mainly Sweden. With an established lending track record and an approach based on local knowledge and hands on management we believe alternative credit managers like ourselves offer institutional investors excellent risk adjusted returns through asset based, secured, interest generating, short lived debt instruments.
