Noor Venture Capital was founded by Shehab Al Hashemi and Fahem Al Tamimi in 2017 and has been capitalized by the UAE leaders of business and finance. As a founder it was Mr. Al Hashemi’s mission to mobilize investors resources money, time, and influence to create jobs, new business and expand opportunities for people living and doing business in the UAE and MENA Region. As an investment fund, Noor Venture Capital invests exclusively in projects in the UAE and MENA Region, we are dedicated to grow attract business to the region and help facilitate both profit and non-profit entities grow thriving businesses that not only help the region but benefit it by creating jobs and spearheading new industries. The region's business leaders help us to identify and support promising businesses and entrepreneurs through investment, evaluation teams, and local partners assisting companies to launch within the MENA region.
