NIPPON TECH BUILDERS was the brainchild of a young and well- determined man Mr. Ramon Fernando Jr. after 14 years of service in our country he continuously took his study and certification program at Las Vegas USA to upgrade knowledge and Technology in the field of concreting and to be certified as ACI Concrete Flatwork Technician, ACI Commercial/ Flatwork technician and with his recent certification as Field testing Material Grade 1 he still continue his advocacy to align and introduce stand of concreting works under the bible of concreting which is the AMERICAN CONCRETE INSTITUTE which recently the only Filipino certified with his program. MISSION to train Filipino personnel and to develop their skills and attitude to become globally competitive and professionals in the field of concrete placing and finishing works.
