WHY CHOOSE US? We at NIKA LAW are unique in that we offer both solicitor-side and litigation estate services to our clients. Our approach in estate planning is to work in collaboration with our clients' financial/wealth planning and tax professionals and not in isolation. Because we litigate wills & estates, as planners we can often predict likely issues of an estate plan before they happen and we aim to mitigate these risks. As litigators, we are fierce advocates and negotiators both in and out of the courtroom. The legal issues that we deal with are often extremely sensitive and emotional in their nature and we understand this. Our goal in every case is to ensure that our clients feel heard, protected, and most importantly, properly advised as they navigate both the law and family dynamics relevant to their matter.
