The National HRD Network is an association of professionals committed to the development of human resources through education, training, research, and experience sharing. The network is a non-profit organization and is managed by HR professionals in an honorary capacity, stemming from their interest in contributing to the HR profession. NHRD functions through its chapters all over the country. Currently, there are about 33 chapters, which together have over 17,500 members. The National Executive Board coordinates the overall efforts of the Network and the chapters conduct various events and initiatives at the local level. The Pune chapter is one of the branches of NHRDN’s banyan tree. We voluntarily take initiatives for the development of the HR fraternity. We organize lectures and workshops for HR and Non-HR Professionals, Academia, and Students every month. We invite Top Management practitioners and International speakers to share their experiences and practices with Professionals. The goal is to empower professionals with the best in class across the world.
