Next Generation Consultants (NGC) was incorporated July 11, 2001 in Oakland, California as a nonprofit public benefit corporation to provide educational and charitable assistance to the general public by: * providing entry-level and career-track job training and employment services to youth; * creating and strengthening meaningful community-based youth leadership development supports and opportunities; * engaging youth in program planning and evaluation, community and government decision-making, and the formation and analysis of public policy; * promoting and strengthening diverse services for children, youth, families and communities; and * helping youth take active leadership roles in improving the organizational and programmatic effectiveness of the nonprofit sector. NGC is selectively recruiting a re-formation Board of Directors committed to attaining 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 tax exempt status, interstate operations and sustainable fundraising.
