The continuity of our models highly depends on the second generation and that why we run specific training, coaching, and mentorship programs to further support the family succession process. NEXEL VENTURES is our investment subsidiary that we use to support the MENA startup ecosystem. We have already invested in two startups in the education and healthcare sectors ove the past year We know that business transformations come along with significant risks on the business and that why we dont mind using NXV as our vehicle to share such risks with our clients. We use it to build JVs with our clients where we can co-innovate/co-invest with them to ensure the successful completion of the transformations...if we recommend it, then we sure chould make it work
