NETAP is India’s fastest growing apprenticeship program offered by TeamLease Skills University in public private partnership with Ministry of HRD, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, CII & NSDC. The objective of the program is to bridge the skill deficit in industry by enhancing the employability quotient of the youth of our country. To harness the potential of apprenticeships, which ‘learning by doing’ and ‘learning while earning’, NETAP aims to be the world’s largest private apprenticeship program. Over last three years, over 300 employers across country and industry are making use of NETAP to - objective: – Build a pipeline of future workforce – Finding right talent cost effectively – Effective evaluation process – Contributing to social responsibility under CSR
