Tapping into the demand for authentic foods and new flavours, the team behind “NEO the Greek Selection” created a network of small-scale, high-quality producers, committed to crafting foods that bring together the old and the new, tradition and innovation, the humble and the fine. ‘NEO the Greek Selection’ offers a comprehensive range of twenty-eight ambient, chilled and frozen products, containing not only superior quality staple foods such as feta PDO cheese and authentic Greek yogurt, but also products of unique provenance and taste, such as the indigenous Greek black pig cured meats and the quick-frozen traditional Greek pies made with hand-rolled phyllo pastry and carefully selected, locally sourced ingredients.
