Designed and constructed by VISAV Limited (VISAV), based in Sherwood, Nottingham, the CRM is 100% based within the UK and is rigorously security tested inline with industry standards. All of the workforce is security vetted to NPPV Level 3. Neighbourhood Alert has come a long way since it was first developed in 2010, now offering various services outside of community messaging, including community engagement software and enhanced survey software which can be used in conjunction with 101 to send automatic victim satisfaction surveys.
