NE Consulting Services, provides Consultant General Counsel and/or Company Secretary services to a number of different organisations, advises on and project manages organisational governance change and acts as mentor to General Counsel/Heads of Legal/Company Secretaries. Current clients include English National Ballet, The Royal Ballet School, The Auckland Project and Ve Global. Recently acted as Project Manager for the successful structural separation of Downside School and Abbey.
