Overview

A new initiative of PIND, NDLink was launched in November 2013 as a response to the deep lack of coordination between development stakeholders, actors, and donors working in the Niger Delta in an online space. NDLink is an online community for development actors, stakeholders, and professionals working in the Niger Delta to achieve one goal: the sustainable development of the region. Geared specifically to development actors in the ND, NDLink will not only address the current inefficiencies in the region, but will seek to enable organizations to build partnerships, expand capacity, and coordinate with one another to achieve sustainable development. NDLink operates on four building blocks: development, coordination, partnership, and sustainability. With the help of Devex, the largest online community for international development professionals, PIND has conducted market research to assess challenges and identify potential solutions in order to close the existing communication gap and improve information sharing. NDLink strives to stimulate sustainable regional development through: - Dialogue - Information sharing - Coordination - Partnership NDLink hopes to become the first stop for any development actor interested in the region.
