Established in 2020, the National Communication Student Organization of Development, or shortened to NCSOD, is Indonesia’s student-based nonprofit organization. We aim to develop our fellow communication students’ self-value that is correlated with their career path. We conceptualize a sequence of the curriculum throughout the year, determine various career sectors to be discussed, and collaboratively bring those two notions into webinar talks and workshops.
