Over the last 35 years, Natural Habitats has been relied upon to create and care for the landscapes of many of our country’s iconic projects. In the South Island, we have enhanced and created value in landscape projects for Queenstown resorts, Christchurch revitalisation projects, and greening our highways. We’ve also created the southern-most green wall in the world for Balclutha! The success of working with New Zealand’s leading building architects, engineers, landscape architects and urban planners for grand results, and the trust we have won with our clients, has been the foundation which has enabled us to build the leading integrated landscape company in the South Pacific. Our South Island regional office is based in Christchurch and is run by our Regional Manager, Ashley Shadbolt, who is backed by a local, highly experienced and professional landscape construction team. Our clients also benefit from an extensive network of suppliers including commercial plant nurseries to hard-landscaping suppliers. Working from hubs in Auckland, the Waikato, Wellington as well as Christchurch and Central Otago, our nationwide team of more than 100 staff includes experienced landscape architects and designers, landscapers and environmentalists. Together we take great pride in the quality of our work from initial design input, to build right through to landscape maintenance to ensure our landscapes achieve their full potential as intended by our clients and designers. The result is that Natural Habitats is recognised and renowned for the quality of its work and acknowledged for its award winning landscapes. Over the past three decades our peers have bestowed more awards on us than any other landscape company in New Zealand.
