Nation Station is a civil society organization (C.S.O.) that started as an immediate response to the 4th of August explosion at the Beirut Port. We began by providing relief and support in the form of food and essential aid distribution, acute medical support, and rehabilitation of damaged homes post-blast. Our operations have since evolved according to the needs of the community; we have shifted our focus from relief to data-driven sustainable development projects. Nation Station currently operates in six different domains: food security, reconstruction, healthcare, eco-sustainability, female empowerment, and community development. Our guiding principle is summed up in our slogan "Empowerment Over Charity". While we provide aid to the most vulnerable members of the community, we constantly strive to focus on empowering beneficiaries to help themselves and their communities. Ultimately, all of the work we do falls into one simple ideology: to create the nation we want to see in Lebanon.
