Overview
National Telecommuting Institute, Inc. (NTI) was founded in 1995 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. NTI's mission is to support the disabled community and their caregivers by fostering opportunities through advocacy, workforce development, and economic empowerment. We envision a future where all disabled people have equal access and representation in employment opportunities and government policies. NTI offers direct assistant to the people we serve through our two programs: NTI@Home and LandAjob. NTI@Home works to identify and develop work-at-home jobs for individuals with disabilities and their family care givers. LandAjob works with SSDI and SSI beneficiaries by offering work support reimbursements to cover cost incurred finding or keeping their job.
