The National Institute of Construction Technology and Management (NICTM), Uromi, Edo State was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to provide training and manpower development needs in the area of Construction Technology. The Institute aims to create reputable professionals who are technologically based, self-reliant and employers of labour who would become reference points all over the world.
