As of 2019, Egypt’s Blue-collar workers make up 55% of the labor market, with a substantial portion being informal and unorganized. We witnessed firsthand the impact this cohort has on the continuity and overall performance of businesses. We built NAS MSR to offers a 360 solution for both employers and employees, providing: Employers with access to the first vetted blue-collar database, offering end to end recruitment, outsourcing and contingent staffing. Employees with access to personalized instant job matching, ensuring higher visibility, outplacement, and supplement income opportunities.
