Overview

NAPKON is a German cohort research project on COVID-19 established in response to the pandemic. Three complementary cohort platforms (cross-sector, high-resolution, and population-based) include participants from initial infection to three years of follow-up. Study procedures include comprehensive clinical and imaging diagnostics, quality of life assessment, patient-reported outcomes, and biosampling. NAPKON is part of the Netzwerk Universitätsmedizin https://www.netzwerk-universitaetsmedizin.de/ and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
