NRWIB enables early opportunities for teen girls to create habits and experiences to become the next generation of female leaders. Through interactions with prominent female business leaders in Naperville, teen girls will get insights on how to break barriers effectively to rise to the top. We engage in a variety of interactive activities and discussions to prepare ourselves for the business world through meeting two times a month on a Saturday!
