Ltd., along with his two sons and daughter-in-law in 1986.Their first project in Pune was Prashanta, a single building of just 17 flats. His vision and guidance has seen the company move into diverse areas such as hospitality, manufacturing, education,etc Mrs. Gauri Naiknavare (Director) B.Arch (Architecture) herself, she believes that spaces touch every aspect of our lives,be it the comfort of a home, efficiency in the office, recreation, shopping or space to learn and grow.Her spirit of adventure has led her to diversification into the areas such as hospitality, leisure and technology. Mr. Hemant Naiknavare (Director) B.E.( Civil) & LLB ,he has seen the company through the tough opening decades.He is currently the President of CREDAI, Pune Metro.As an integral part of the key management, he manages a portfolio spanning across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure projects. Mr. Ranjit Naiknavare (Director) B.E. (Civil) from Mumbai University, M.S in Structural Engineering & an M.B.A. (Finance),he is in-charge of the overall operations of the company.Innovative by nature he is responsible for technology absorption, innovative equipment solutions and latest maintenance techniques required by the company for the successful execution of projects.
