As an organization, our members represent over 1,000,000 Ag alumni and 100,000 students across the country. Mission Statement: NAADA provides education, support and recognition for professionals and volunteers dedicated to expanding resources for advancing agriculture and related disciplines through land-grant and other colleges of agricultural sciences and partner programs. Vision Statement: NAADA will be the premier organization providing enhancement opportunities for professionals and volunteers in institutions of higher education and organizations associated with agricultural and related sciences. Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Statement: NAADA believes in diversity representation. We denounce racism and all forms of discrimination. As an organization, we know we must do more to advance diversity and inclusion, and are committed to doing so by listening, learning, and taking action. We strive to be welcoming and inclusive and have worked for several years to include 1890 land-grant institutions and historically black colleges and universities as members, partners, and annual conference participants and presenters. To represent the diversity of our membership, we aim to be intentional as we recruit volunteers to the NAADA Board of Directors to be inclusive of all, including but not limited to gender and sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, track and institutional representation.
