About Us MZCB was formed in 2020, by a number of professionals in the financial sector, telecommunications, agriculture, ICT/IT, etc. to bridge the gap between the rich and poor with the aim of widening income and reducing poverty. Our objective/aim is to provide financial assistance to historically disadvantaged communities and to create black capital by reducing unemployment and promoting black businesses. MZCB is 100% black female owned and also 100% managed by black people.
