My Wellness Solutions is truly all encompassing of what is preventative, complimentary and alternative medicine as it combines the availability of the best quality natural supplements with an educated staff that provides superior services that include nutritional counseling, detox, cleansing, colonics and many others. For many in the South Bronx and Harlem it was surprising for a place like My Wellness Solutions to come into existence. Centers that provide alternative medicine and holistic services are not common in those areas.
