MysTech is a platform that connects mystery shoppers with businesses and allow them to measure customer experience. The objective of MysTech platform is to build a crowd-sourced system, which enables brands to collect in-field data about their products/services. Businesses will be able to design customized surveys and set target segments of respondents (age, gender, demographics, income, etc.) who will in turn fill out their surveys. Analytics dashboard including data charts and customized reports will be available for the businesses to view.
