My Family Pharmacy and Health and Beauty pharmacies began the journey of serving both the community and its families, since 1998, by providing daily and health needs. Our group currently has 12 branches spread all over Jeddah, with plans to expand further both geographically and electronically. We strive to build trusting relationships with our customers to aid us in serving them better, because we believe that the family’s health comes first. Our pharmacists are set apart by giving extensive advice and raising medical awareness whilst providing the best of services. Our pharmacy group has even pioneered beauty services and the medical cosmetics market. Our pharmacies were amongst the first to open up branches inside of shopping malls. Doing so gained us valuable expertise in dealing with high customer density and different customer demands, it also made us better suited to meet all of the family’s demands. We have also provided products based on requests by our customers, such as some dietary or cosmetic products. Because we seek a long lasting customer relationship, our pharmacists go beyond in ensuring the customer administers the medical products correctly and safely. Our pharmacy group is uniquely one of the first chains to offer delivery to all of Jeddah. Shortly after, we expanded to delivering all over the kingdom through our electronic platforms. We also provide our customers with advantageous loyalty cards.
