MCP is a Chicago-based, public, charitable nonprofit focused on assisting faith-based organizations in transforming communities from blighted and marginalized to productive and self-sustaining. MCP accomplishes its objectives by providing member organizations with tools to effectively manage, report, and communicate with stakeholders in every aspect of community transformation. To deliver on its mission for communities, MCP focuses on the following pillars: Health, Housing, Financial, Transportation, and Energy. MCP's work improves the community through various acts of service that remind us: "It is not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood" (Isaiah 58:7).
