Starting with writing detailed technical request/Project Scope (IT or process/machine), creation of the contact up to negotiation with potential suppliers and following defined budget for implementation. Taking care of standardization of the complete solution and ensuring training of the relevant people. Providing coaching to all team members (usually from the employee) with ensuring their engagement during whole process.
