Overview

Moving Ahead is a specialist social impact organisation dedicated to advancing workplace inclusion and diversity. We’re world experts in the design and delivery of internal, sector-specific and cross-company structured developmental mentoring. Our mentoring programmes champion all forms of diversity, from gender and ethnicity to thinking and learning styles, and socio-economic background. We also design and deliver targeted development programmes to accelerate women's development and develop inclusive skills for line managers. To date, we have supported more than 30,000 individuals across more than 300 organisations and 30 different sectors, in locations from the UK to Australia, and New York to Nigeria. We also partner with organisations to develop inclusion and diversity roadmaps and connected cultures, and to advance inclusion.
