Mountain CPA is the brainchild of Robin Mountain and founded in 2013 after an unexpected but fortuitous layoff. After years of dreaming of opening her own business, Robin decided this was her turning point. Her mission is to provide first-rate support to her clients through a range of personal taxation services and corporate bookkeeping services. With York Region’s population growing by 10% or more which is greater than the population growth of GTA, Ontario and Canada as a whole, there is a vast opportunity arising for Robin Mountain CPA to benefit from directly. Business Service Mountain CPA offers several strands of service: corporate bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax return preparation and software training (new business set up). For corporate bookkeeping, we seek to serve small businesses (2-20 employees) in a flexible way that matches their requirements whether it is on-site bookkeeping or off-site bookkeeping; monthly, quarterly, or annual bookkeeping. For those clients who prefer to be more hands on, we provide 3 different software packages; QuickBooks desktop and online, FreshBooks and Wave training and support. We prepare personal tax returns for individuals, families and those with a small business proprietorship including rental income, commission-only employees, seniors and those with investments.
