We are specializing in all natural, organic, high mountain meadow raised Black Angus Our pastures are located far away from inhabited places, in far remote areas in the heart of Dilijan National Park stretching from the west to the east of Northeastern Armenia, in the mountains with richly nutritious, mesophilous vegetated high elevated meadows surrounded by thick forests, altitudes ranging between 1,700 – 2,200 meters above sea level, giving our Black Angus meat a specific taste and tenderness. Nature Fed, No Concentrates, No Additives, No Corn, Just what the Mother Nature Gives We are far beyond any “grass fed” or any other feeding technology. We raise totally natural and organic fed and finished Black Angus meat. Our Black Angus cattle graze freely in high mountain organic vegetations around the year, including the winter, roaming through our carefully designed pasture management system, eating meadow grasses, wild fruits, rare herbs, healing plants, wild berries, and finishing on Mother Nature’s gifts such as acorns, beechnuts and linden leaves. Our Black Angus cattle drink the freshest mineral water from the mountain natural clear rivulets, streams and springs. Our healthy and nutritious Black Angus meat comes from naturally rich high mountain vegetation, from a highly nutritious feed consisting of variety of plants. Our Black Angus cattle eats over 95 edible herbs and medical plants, including rare ones, such as Thyme, Chamomile, Rose Hip, Hazel, Mint, Sorrel, Falcaria, Ziziphora, Saxifraga, Cephalaria, Scorzonera, Scabious, Star Jasmine, and Lemon Balm. Our Black Angus eats wild fruits and berries such as Wild Apple, Walnut, Cornel, Plum, Blackthorn, Wild pear, Gooseberry, Medlar, Hazelnuts, Blackcurrant, Hawthorn, Wild Strawberry, etc. Our Black Angus cattle are finished on Linden leaves, Acorn, and Beechnuts.
